Wow, there's a boat load of BYCU stories out there right now. So many, in fact, that I have a big announcement ("big" used loosely): BYCU will now become a daily feature at TDE, with the exception of Sundays and Mondays.

But full disclosure: If I run out of drinking stories, I'll simply drop the daily feature occasionally.

If you have drinking stories, please send them. For those who have been sending stories, please keep it up. Maybe at some point this site will morph into a Catholic beer/wine clearinghouse of sorts. With the initial success of Beer Man, it'd be apt.

For today, however, the beer news is going to be limited. I drank a lot of wine Wednesday night, then sipped at beers all afternoon yesterday during the golf outing (which was followed by hours of gin and dice and good conversation). I'm a bit groggy and pretty strapped for time, which isn't a good combination. So just this highly-useful set of tips: How to Store Beer Properly.
