This is one of the funniest things we've seen in the past couple of weeks: An application for a board game about fighting crack cocaine. Hours of fun for the entire family!

We're not intellectual law attorneys, but we're guessing this application will get denied. You can protect board games with copyrights and trademarks, but to the best of our knowledge, there's nothing in them that's patentable. Maybe this one comes with a unique crack pipe.
