We'd rather try to seduce Rosie O'Donnell than apologize to Boston:

> Angry sex abuse victims and Democrats are demanding that U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum apologize for three-year-old "insensitive" and "self-serving" remarks that blamed Boston's liberal cultural, political and academic institutions for causing the Catholic Church's clergy sex abuse scandal.

Furthermore, Santorum's remarks, in theory, were correct. Sexual permissiveness spreads vice. It's common sense that has been witnessed repeatedly (e.g., neighborhoods with legal adult entertainment frequently become crime-infested areas with illegal adult entertainment). Whether that was the cause of Boston's problems, we don't know, but it's not outrageous to think it may have been a contributing factor.
