I worked until 6:50 last night, then walked two doors down to the movie theater (one of the perks of living in a small town). Marie and I saw Dinner for Schmucks. It was awful. Simply awful. Over-the-top characters. Flat humor. Moved slowly. There were a handful of parts that were pretty funny, but the rest of the movie was so bad, I felt stupid laughing at the couple of good parts. There was one scene that was so stupid (and I believe it was meant to be the comedic climax), I felt bad for the actors.
