Angel in the Waters

Sophia Institute Press published Angel in the Waters by Regina Doman last year. Says Sean Dailey, Editor of Gilbert Magazine, this children's book about the gestation of a baby “relates more truth and beauty about the miracle of life than any hundred screaming position papers or speeches by the usual pro-life activists.” The book is written from the baby's perspective, “like entries in a diary,” says Dailey. “In the beginning, I was. I was for a long time. Then things began to happen.” The baby hears its mother's heartbeat, opens its eyes, discovers its fingers.

Sounds like a fine book. It has sold more than 20,000 copies.
