Continuing Theme: Public School Sex

This one has it all: Public school teacher/student sex, paganism, lesbianism, gay wedding. And it took place in staid and rather conservative western Michigan. Link. Excerpt:

Before learning her fate, she stood before Judge Kolenda. "Enough people have been hurt as a result of this prejudicial publicity involved in this case, your honor," Miklosovic told the courtroom. "The entire ordeal has been blown totally out of proportion for something that was innocent, kind and nurturing in nature."

The judge responded, telling Miklosovic regrettably she still refuses to acknowledge what she did, not what the community's reaction to it was, and that sexual relations with a 14-year-old is never innocent.
