Kournikova to be Exiled?

As long as we're talking about Russia, we figured this might be appropriate:

Russians who marry foreigners could be exiled and stripped of their citizenship under a bill being drafted by a group of members of parliament, a deputy said Sunday.
One of the bill's authors, Duma deputy Nikolai Kuryanovich, a member of the ultra-nationalist LDPR party, admitted parliament was unlikely to approve the measures but insisted they were necessary. "Our women, the most beautiful and best in the world, are going abroad. By doing this, they are wasting the most valuable thing we have -- the gene pool of our nation," Kuryanovich told Ekho Moskvy radio.

Russian women are good looking, but we believe Dostoyevsky observed in The Brothers Karamazov that beautiful Russian women tend to have a narrow window (though he may have been referring only to Grushenka's type of beauty). Russian women are stunning for a few years, but then their beauty barometer drops quickly. This bill, if passed, might do a lot of non-Russian men a big favor.
