Cruise might be able to dissuade her, but not Catholicism. Yup, sounds like Katie's devout. Of course, by MSM standards, "devout" means someone who believes in God and attends Mass more than twice a year (Christmas and Easter), so the adjective might, just might, not be meaningful.
