I have a gmail account that receives all sorts of TDE leads from readers, friends, and/or family (if you're interested in this inside email address, it's top secret: ericscheske@gmail.com). I've always kept it "clean," either using items sent to me or discarding them promptly.
But I got hopelessly behind on my gmail account last November while I was in Rome. I had 350 messages backlogged.
My Ash Wednesday fast triggered nearly three days of migraine, which rendered me lifeless and brain dead. I decided to use the zombie time to clean up the gmail acccount. I got it down to a manageable few dozen items that are either good or possibly good.
I plan on using them this week, with any overflow spilling over into next week. So when you see links to stories that are three months or more old, you'll know why.
