Hilaire Belloc, Europe and the Faith.

There's a lot of layers and truth packed into that Belloc quote (one of my favorite Belloc observations). He was writing about the wealthy who promoted the Reformation in 16th-century Britain. Today, I'd apply it to Soros and Company.
